TCU Overlay Rental Registration
For New Rental Property Owners
Re-Register a Property
An owner who rents, leases to, or allows another person to occupy a
one-family dwelling
unit or of a two-family dwelling unit within the TCU Residential Overlay District shall be
required to register no later than March 31, 2015.
A new registration is required upon any change in ownership of
a one- family dwelling
unit or of a two- family dwelling unit where it is leased, rented or another person is allowed to
occupy the dwelling within the TCU Residential Overlay District within ten (10) days after the
date of acquiring ownership.
