An online hearing is an official hearing and its results are binding. All written statements and evidence are due at the time the online request is submitted. There will not be another opportunity to submit further evidence.
By contesting a citation online, the person waives the right to an in person hearing before a hearing officer.
If dissatisfied with the hearing officer’s decision, the person found liable may appeal to the Fort Worth Municipal Court no later than 30 days after the filing of the hearing officer’s order.

You may only contest a citation online within 21 calendar days from the date of citation. You may contest in person or by mail. The Hearing Officer is available between 8:00 am – noon and 2 pm – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday, at the City of Fort Worth Municipal Court, 1000 Throckmorton Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76102.
