Authorize Conveyance of an Easement to Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC, for Electrical Equipment and Appurtenances for a Total of 0.0311 Acres of Land Located in the 2500 Block of Greenbelt Road, Fort Worth, Texas (COUNCIL DISTRICT 5)
RECOMMENDATION:

It is recommended that the City Council:

1. Authorize conveyance of an easement to Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC, for electrical equipment and appurtenances for a total of 0.0311 acres of land located in the 2500 Block of Greenbelt Road, Fort Worth, Texas; and

2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute and record all necessary documents to complete the conveyance.

 
 
DISCUSSION:

The City of Fort Worth will grant Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC, an easement necessary to provide electrical service to the Village Creek Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Liquid Bio Solid Storage Tank and also will provide electric service to operate the chemical feed system for the sludge tank located west of Greenbelt Road, south of Trammel Davis Road, Fort Worth, Tarrant County,Texas.
