| RECOMMENDATION: |
It is recommended that the City Council authorize execution of Amendment No. 4 to City Secretary Contract No. 47844, an Engineering Agreement with Stream Water Group, Inc., in the amount of $39,692.00 for a revised contract in the amount of $721,825.00 for the Water and Sanitary Sewer Replacement Contract 2016, WSM-A project (City Project No. 02693). |

| DISCUSSION: |
On May 17, 2016 Mayor and Council Communication (M&C C-27718) the City Council authorized the execution of an Engineering Agreement with Stream Water Group, Inc., in the amount of $329,450.00 for the preparation of plans and specifications for the replacement of the water and/or sanitary sewer mains on various streets as identified in that M&C. The Agreement was subsequently revised by three amendments totaling $352,683.00 as follows: Amendment No. 1 in the amount of $135,502.00 authorized August 2, 2016 (M&C C-27836), Amendment No. 2 in the amount of $146,784.00 authorized August 29, 2017 (M&C C-28351) and Amendment No. 3 in the amount of $70,397.00 administratively authorized July 3, 2018. Amendment No. 4 will provide for additional design services that are necessary on the project. The project is located in COUNCIL DISTRICT 3. |
