SUBJECT:   Adopt Ordinance Correcting Ordinance No. 22702, to Add Exhibit A-Development Standards to the Previously Approved Zoning Case ZC-17-058 for Walsh Ranch, Generally Bounded by Walsh Ranch Parkway, Mary's Creek, Markum Ranch Road, Aledo Iona Road, FM 1187 and White Settlement Road (COUNCIL DISTRICT 3)

RECOMMENDATION:

It is recommended that the City Council adopt the attached correction ordinance in order to reflect Exhibit A-development standards approved by the City Council as part of ZC-17-058 for Walsh Ranch.

 
DISCUSSION:

A correction ordinance is needed to correct Ordinance No. 22702  to clarify the development standards for residential development for ZC-17-058 for Walsh Ranch (PD 522). On May 2, 2017 City Council approved a request to rezone the area to Amend PD 522 development standards for maximum lot coverage for single-family residential development. Development standards that were adopted with the district as an exhibit were not attached to Ordinance No. 22702. Adding these development standards to the zoning case as adopted in the Ordinance will clarify the standards for the district.

This M&C does not request approval of a contract with a business entity.
 
FISCAL INFORMATION/CERTIFICATION:

The Director of Finance certifies that adoption of this ordinance will have no effect on City funds.
