RECOMMENDATION:

It is recommended that the City Council:

1.  Authorize conveyance of an easement to Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC, for electrical equipment and appurtenances for a total of 0.0624 acres located at 5000 Martin Luther King Freeway, Fort Worth, Texas, 76119; and

2.  Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute and record all necessary documents to complete the conveyance.
 
DISCUSSION:

The City of Fort Worth will grant Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC, an easement necessary to provide electrical service for the city-owned Waste Management Facility located east of Village Creek Road, south of Martin Luther King Freeway and west of I-820.
