Authorize Easements to Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC, for Electrical Equipment and Appurtenances for a Total of 0.004 Acres of Land for the Alliance Runway Extension Project (COUNCIL DISTRICT 7)

It is recommended that the City Council:

1.  Authorize easements to Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC, for electrical equipment and appurtenances for a total of 0.004 acres of land for the Alliance Runway Extension Project; and

2.  Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute and record all necessary documents to complete conveyance.

The City of Fort Worth will grant Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC, easements (0.004 acres) to provide power to the new Federal Aviation Administration facility that powers and controls the navigational aids for Runway 16L.  As part of the transmission line construction, Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC, will need a utility easement from the City for electric equipment and appurtenances.
