SUBJECT:   Authorize Dedication of an Easement to Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC, for Electrical Equipment and Appurtenances for a Total of 0.872 Acres of Land for the Northside Service Center Extension Project (COUNCIL DISTRICT 7)
RECOMMENDATION:

It is recommended that the City Council:

1.  Authorize the dedication of an easement to Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC, for electrical equipment and appurtenances for a total of 0.872 acres of land for the Northside Service Center Project; and

2.  Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute and record all necessary documents to complete the conveyance.
 
DISCUSSION:

The City of Fort Worth will grant Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC, an easement to provide power to the new Northside Service Center facility being constructed near Blue Mound Road and East Bonds Ranch Road.  The utility easement from the City is needed for electric equipment and appurtenances for the site.
